Discount:
All Platinum Members will automatically receive a 20% discount on all purchases in the Online Store. To become a Platinum Member, simply accept a sponsorship offer and pay the website fee to receive this discount for a full year. Discount does not include freight. |

Postage:
Free postage is available Australia Wide on all purchases over $100.00 AUD. This is automatically calculated at the checkout. If your order doesn't qualify for FREE postage then a flat rate of $15.00 AUD will be charged. |

Delivery:
Goods are delivered during normal business hours. Deliveries cannot be made by appointment.
In case no one will be there to receive the goods, the forwarding agent will leave a notice by which the consignee can arrange for further delivery of the goods. SponsorPoint will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred.
Depending on which method of freight is used, approximate delivery times to most areas is within 1-3 business days, and some regional areas within 2-5 business days. However, delivery time is not guaranteed. Please check which delivery agent was used to confirm your tracking number. |

Availability:
All orders are subject to availability of stock. If an order is placed and the product is out of stock, we will immediately notify this action by using either email or phone with details provided. All monies in relation to the out of stock product will be refunded using original method received or another product can be chosen to the same value. |

Your personal data will be lawfully and correctly treated, and all necessary measures will be taken to guarantee your privacy. The data you put in the payment section (credit cards or similar) of our on-line order form are all protected and encrypted by SSL 128 bit security system, which makes them indecipherable.
All data are filed and protected in our computer at our premises, only to the purpose of executing your orders. Your data will be only passed to those parties strictly connected to your orders execution (carrier, mail service, banks or similar).

Returns:
Refunds will only be accepted if:
Item does not match our description.
Item is faulty.
Item has defects that were not the fault of either party.
Items must be returned unused and in the original condition with packaging with tags.
If a full refund is requested and the item your are returning has been specially ordered for you, a 20% restocking charge may be applicable, unless faulty or damaged goods. We regret we cannot refund postage costs unless item is faulty.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us. For this reason we suggest you use an insured method of return such as recorded delivery. Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind, want a different size or colour, or decide you no longer want the goods or just don’t like them.
You are also not entitled to a refund if you find the same or similar goods elsewhere for a cheaper price or find a defect that was clearly labelled as seconds or faulty prior to purchase. |
